Aktieägarna i Ljusgårda AB (publ), org.nr 559113-5321, kallas härmed till årsstämma torsdagen den 25 juni 2026 klockan 14.00. Stämman hålls fysiskt i bolagets lokaler på Järnvägsgatan 3, 543 50 Tibro, med möjlighet att delta digitalt.
The shareholders in Ljusgårda AB (publ), corporate identity number 559113-5321, are hereby summoned to the annual general meeting on Thursday 25 June 2026, at 2.00 pm. The meeting will be held in person at the company’s offices at Järnvägsgatan 3, 543 50 Tibro, with the option to participate digitally.
Rätt att delta / Right to participate
Rätt att delta i bolagsstämman har den aktieägare som på dagen för bolagsstämman är införd i aktieboken och som anmält sitt deltagande enligt nedan.
Shareholders who have been entered into the company’s share ledger no later than on the date of the annual general meeting shall be entitled to participate in the meeting.
Anmälan / Registration
Aktieägare som vill delta i stämman ombeds vänligen att anmäla detta skriftligt till helene.gustavii@supernormalgreens.com senast torsdagen den 18 juni 2026. Vid anmälan ska uppges namn, person- eller organisationsnummer, adress, telefonnummer och aktieinnehav samt i förekommande fall uppgift om ställföreträdare, ombud och eventuella biträden (högst två). Aktieägare bör även ange om de avser att delta fysiskt eller digitalt.
Shareholders who wish to participate in the meeting are kindly requested to notify this in writing to helene.gustavii@supernormalgreens.com no later than Thursday 18 June 2026. The registration shall contain information on the name, personal or organization number, address, telephone number and shareholding of the shareholder as well as, if applicable, information on deputies, agents and any participating assistants (maximum two). Shareholders should also indicate whether they intend to participate in person or digitally.
